Howe to Pep and Gabriel to an Arsenal defender or Howe to Arteta and a City defender in for Gab (Dias maybe)

The Dias option was the one I was leaning towards as well.

I'm currently deciding between Dias and Bradley as my Livramento replacement for BB. Dias because of the doubles but having Leicester as Bradley does is very tempting.

I think the DGW is definitely my preference there. But I do see the appeal of Bradley too. Depends a bit on how much you will need the player beyond this GW.

Having double City defence for a long stretch isn't idea I guess. I FH in 34, Wolves in 35 isn't easy, they are scoring pretty freely at the moment. Liverpool don't have a great run in either and I'm also worried about rotation when the league is won.

They do have Southampton in 36 though and another possible double. (City)

I actually think City's 35-38 is pretty nice. Only Ipswich and Brentford have better imo.

Yeah, it's not as bad as I thought. I can either move one on in 37 if they blank or run through if they don't.

Get Füllkrug or Bowen. The former sub appearances look good, start looks likely imo.

I would probably just use 1 FT to go from Howe to Pep

1. Howe->Pep (lets you avoid rotation risks like KDB from Man City, while still getting three MCI) 2. Isak->Watkins or Mbeumo->Rogers/Rashford (depens on UCL mins) I am also on WC34. Do you have FH left? If not, you could even roll a transfer to help you navigate the turn around in GW36 and 37!

I don't have free hit left. Used it in 29.

Might just do Howe->Pep then if I were you. Mbeumo and Isak are decent fixtures. No guarantee Watkins, or the likes of KDB if you went there, will do better.

I am thinking Howe to Arteta and Gabriel to Ruben. Would mean benching Mbeumo.

Not a fan of double City defense, but viable for sure as it lets you get the manager you want!

Like the upside of DGW mids/attackers a lot more, and you already have a defence filled with DGW players!

My thinking is that Assistant Manager is so powerful I want the best option available for it. Definitely not selling Saka to free up the slot so a defender move is the only route to Arteta.

I do not see Arteta as a lot better than Pep, personally. Believe that Dias+Arteta vs Watkins/Rogers + Pep can easily favour the attacker route.

Yeah it's the last week of it. Think I will definitely make a manager move to a DGW manager no matter what other moves I decide on.

Then yeah I think I’d be going -4 to max the DGW. KDB for sure.

I could do Howe to Arteta, Mbeumo to KDB and Gabriel to a 4.9 or below defender for -4. Could either bench the defender I choose or start them and bench Isak. An alternative is just getting Ruben Dias for no hit rather than KDB.

I'd say Gabriel down and Howe to Arteta is the move. Don't really like the hit, I doubt KDB starts both.

Howe to Emery and then Mbeumo to Merino (or Martinelli), based on who looks good for xmins post UCL? Moving Howe on is obvs the priority.

Yeah it's possible. I was toying with Gabriel to Ruben and then Howe to Arteta. Bench Mbeumo and play 433. 🤔 Another option is a cheaper defender and then a hit for KDB, but I think that's probably too risky.

Makes sense. Maximises doublers. Arteta is the "best" AM. I don't think KDB is worth the hit, given his minutes may be managed prior to the FACSF. City's double is though, and if you'll pardon the pun, they can't defend for toffee, maybe not against it either! A lot rests on their first game.
