I guess it depends on your risk appetite. If you are really trying to gain ground then yeah, go without Mbeumo (and probably without KDB too) and hope for the best.

I’ve given up on my mini league and I’m just outside top 100k, so I’m not THAT worried. Risk appetite is pretty high!
