Celebration: #NDHB1167 was enacted into law. It requires a disclosure AI was used when creating political content and the content impersonates a human. My only wish is it was extended to ALL AI content. #Artificialintelligence #AI #legislation

Same! Or how much AI was used. Was it just for grammar assistance? For voice overs? Image generation? All would be be useful information.

Voice overs, if the VOICE is AI generated, it must be disclosed. If the script is, it doesn't have to be. They gave an explicit exception for tools for image generation and grammar assistance :/. I just want every website to stop suggesting I use AI for my documents pls thanks.
