I've struggled with this ruling. Many of the new requirements in the name of accessibility have instead made the site more unusable. Enlarged text, instead of maxing out at a size or enlarging the space around it, becomes unreadable. Linking to other locations has become discouraged.
While accessibility should be encouraged on all fronts, the solutions being encouraged to implementing the DOJ's new ruling makes content more accessible for #ai. The resulting format does not appear to make websites actually more accessible to actual individuals. #conspiracytheory #accessibility
