I remember when Bill Clinton held a campaign rally in my hometown when I was a kid, but really can't think of the last time an out of state Dem came to WV.

Bernie did some appearances with Joe Manchin on his last campaign. Elizabeth Warren came to, I believe, Matewan when she was running for president.

As I think about it more, during contested primaries, most of the candidates who are still active in May show up. But it's a late primary and easy to tune it out.
