What do you think about the theory/possible evidence the flaps weren't engaged or retracted too early meaning there was not enough lift/causing a stall. I know nothing about aviation by the way. Just curious.

I've seen pics of the crashed left wing and it has slats and flaps deployed at correct angles it appears. It's also climbed out nicely initially. It just suddenly appears to lose all thrust.
Tragic, the whole thing. I hope it was properly maintained or else the airline are finally finished, not got a good rep as it is. And then they'll be guilty of corporate manslaughter.
