As yet computer systems cannot do that. So for that reason alone they would fail the Turing Test.

Because modern AIs are "trained" by collating massive quantities of data on (amongst other things) human interaction online. Some can, and at least one HAS passed the Turing test. Although that was using a child (chosen at random, from the audience) and ChatGPT. 1/2

It was televised, as part of one of The Royal Institution Christmas Lectures. The Turing test, was developed before anyone thought it possible to acquire that much data on real world human interactions. So it's no longer, a valid test of sentience. 2/2
