They couldn’t issue a TOR-E in time since they had no meteorologist in office that had the credentials. They had to call higher ups in other offices

I can source that the Meteorologist in Charge position was empty for this office, even if they got help from other offices that position mainly comes with the keys to the TOR-E. Interim meteorologists wont have that www.weku.org/the-commonwe...
