Aquarium Night at Dragon Con has become chill again, and in many ways felt like the show circa 2008. It's been lovely to see so many old faces, as well as new, especially to the super soft room party (which has earned a reputation for the spread we make!)
that's nice to hear it's not a loud party scene anymore, maybe i'll finally make it next year now!
The rest if the con is absolutely packed, but the aquarium is a nice respite once again
As we wind down today, much love to folks who said hello, especially those who got excited about my very niche interests. I am not a naturally social man, but I do always feel among friends at these things. ❤️
V2 of the Mysterious Stranger didn't happen this year because of Reasons, but I do feel like it could happen for 2026, especially now that I have some sewing experience under my belt (I'm going to start with making a gambeson)
