I have a few wp sites, but not an expert. Are you trying to log in via the admin on your website (is the URL of the page that says you have no sites the same as your website?), or via another portal?

I just double checked based on your question and it turns out my login name was different to the email address. Thanks for your help!

I'm trying to log in via the name of my site, it just sends a verification email and when I click to verify, it takes me to a dash where I have no site at all

Which URL are you on when you try to log in? Are you on wordpress.com, or on your site?
