OK lock yourselves in, I just watched Australian prison drama Inside (2024 - Netflix) with the incredible Guy Pearce, an almost unrecognisable Cosmo Jarvis and newcomer Vincent Miller, gripping, taut, morally complex, challenging and utterly brilliant.

That sounds like fun! Not. I'm trying to *de*-stress after recent happenings in this country - I'll be looking for pretty, funny, upbeat movies. I happen to know that Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, with its incredible dance scenes, is lurking somewhere inside my TV. 😊 💝

Guy Pearce is good in anything.
Man On The Inside (also netflix) is definately NOT taught, morally complex, or challenging. Was fun on in the background while repairing a blind.
But Spike Lee’s Inside Man is brilliant.

Try to catch "I, Jack Wright" a 6 parter on ABC. Created & written by Chris Lang (Unforgotten) it's a whip smart script with a truly perfect cast...and a deliciously wicked family!
