So if funding for special ed gets cut in Ohio, which is in the proposed budget, and "cost per student" is already being fielded, asking parents to pay or get out is a VERY small step away. I'll wait until I see news articles to fully buy it too, but I'm not discounting b/c it was removed.

As the sibling & legal guardian of a person w/ lifelong disabilities, this makes me livid. Our late parents spent so much of their lives fighting for education, jobs, & lifelong support for people with disabilities, much of it before there was federal SpEd law.
