Great looking post, but why the voter apathy at all? Turning up to vote is part of the competition of ideas... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If live pay check to paycheck and have to take the day off to vote, it’s very unlikely that your employer will pay you for that day off. It’s also unlikely that they’ll let you take just the time off you need. Especially if you’re in retail or service work.

And the there’s all the shenanigans getting played like having exactly 1 under staffed poling place in blue districts specifically so it takes you 8+ hours to vote. Or the armed thugs that make it dangerous. Or the lawyers that come for you because it was hot and you shared water with someone.

No, they chose option 3. You can make a lil trolley problem picture but the person by the switch isn’t to blame. The blame lies upon who started the trolley, who tied the people to the tracks, who refused to untie them. Also you know there’s no single “correct” answer to the trolley problem, right?

So you think the indiscriminate carpet bombing of civilians, the attacks on the UN and Red Cross and other aid personel, and the policy of killing journalists - all of which is being enacted by the IDF - are Hamas's fault for not surrendering sooner?

Absolutely. Hamas triggered a war that they knew would bring devastation to Gaza. They hide under civilians and mingle with them knowing they put Gazans in danger. But a dead Gazan is an al Aqsa martyr who is glorious. Hamas could end this anytime. But they will hang in until every last Gazan
