-”gets good” but I think that’s where the series starts showing that there is more to it than an average show. Then Alabasta hits and the series truly comes into its own and you see why it’s such a titan of a series.

One also has to keep in mind that the series started in the 90s so at the start the pacing and such will be completely different compared to shows nowadays.
