The commander deck is fine. In a stroke of tremendous luck, the only cards that got wet were 7 copies of Command Tower that I use as placeholders for cards I need to borrow/buy. My PC on the other hand... I have to wait 2-3 business days for the PC doctors to evaluate the damage š„²
As long as it was just water and you turned it off immediately when it got wet, it should just need to dry out.
Unless of course you visibly saw or heard a short of some sort. In that case, then the water did more.
Update: I got extremely lucky. The tech asked if I was drinking distilled or heavily filtered water due to how little residue there was from the water. Turns out powering it off, quickly spot drying what I saw, and then hitting it with a fan (plus a tonne of luck) saved me. Bullet dodged
