Personally, I'm hoping you can share the section where it lays out that statutes and constitutions are fake, but THE Black's Law Dictionary is the law of the land. Or all lands, I guess? States passing laws that are inconsistent with Black's are...fake? Need my money back on this degree.

BLACKS LAW DICTIONARY EXPLAINS "MARITIME LAW" vs "LAW of the LAND" = DOUBLE STANDARD, IF YOU ARE A STUDENT OF LAW IT IS SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND

A truth bomb that devastating takes time to craft. A scholar does not simply bang out the first spiky, all-caps retort that escapes from the id!

"Law of the land" doesn't literally refer to "land" (as opposed to water). It's a figurative saying referring to law/legal system that applies to everyone. As shown below from Black's Law Dictionary.

"Maritime law" is merely a category of the law under that "law of the land" just as copyright law, bankruptcy law, and Aviation Law.

I don't know, I would have thought he was a SovCit nut... but he writes in all caps which is somehow super convincing. Maybe we should wait to see if he has gold fringe before we write him off?

Look at our Laws = Law of the Land, Look at Black's Law Dictionary = Judicial System goes by "Maritime Law" = Law of Lands which is what they say we are held accountable by, but in reality it is "FAKE".

Wrong. The very language you underlined is all talking about the role courts play in Maritime Law. It is not saying that Maritime Law is the same law that applies to events on land.

Do you not speak English? Because anyone who does should realize that language does not mean what you claim. FFS.

It’s amazing how people can completely misunderstand basic English. It’s not like there is any legal-ese in that portion. Plus it has to be interpreted in light of what the definition is above.

This for your pea brain, says and describes what it is, NOT HOW OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM USES IT AGAINST CITIZENS

aug 28, 2025, 8:49 pm • 0 0 • view

Brian Kemper @bwkemper.bsky.social

The judicial system doesn’t use maritime law against its citizens unless it involves their interactions with the employment, transport, etc. ON THE SEA. Any claim otherwise is completely baseless and idiotic.

LOL They don't use it against citizens. Unless the citizens have an issue arising under maritime law.
