If I've to see one more person, not defend "AI", but advocate for it's removal or active regulation AND DOESN'T MENTION THE MEASURABLE DEATHS, AND THEIR CAUSE BY THESE "AI", I'M GOING TO EXPLODE The fact this is never mentioned really, let alone as FIRST point is so infuriating
It means the life of people is seen much more as a commodity when they're death, compared to things that are actively affecting people It ignores the results, and the warnings that come from it, in favour of what caused said results "Oh it deteriotes mental health" Okay can you also just say
it has caused deaths due to it? That the way it has deteriorated the mental health of people some have commited suicide? How some commited murder (suicides) due to paranoia? HOW WE HAVE PROOF OF GIRLS GETTING BULLIED BY PEOPLE THEIR SAME AGE, THE YOUNGEST I REMEMBER BEING 12, BECAUSE SOME "BOYS"

Advocating for "AI", that it "still has *some* use!" despite everything Advocating against, stating all valid reasons except this loss of life Both are downplaying the worst of it all, dismissing it, and in the end, viewing humans as less than anything not human, and desecrating the death
Advocating for this inherently means that you're fine with the fucked up things it causes, especially death Advocating against it and not talking about it, is dismissing the worst of this, dismissing human lives that have lost, dismissing humans that are being/got abused Dismissing tragedy
