It’s almost as if you’re saying there would be no reason to pardon, overturn her conviction, or grant clemency b/c the reasoning for such privileges are on the grounds that the person either didn’t do what the gov’t says they did, or there is some presumption the [guilty] person was aggrieved.

Again, doesn’t almost everything they’re doing admit contradiction to the very thing they’re trying to argue on behalf of. Am I missing something? Is my logic compass that broke?
