I’m going to post this on any BlueSky post that addresses legal accountability &/or remedy (assuming a normal accountable system): According to their interpretation of last summer’s legal ruling coming out of SCrOTUS, (almost) anything he does in office is covered by immunity.

For them that’s the living will of their version of the Constitution. It’s their ultimate 👉🏻”they said I could, & they interpret & adjudicate the Constitution. Hence, (almost) nothing I do is illegal.
