My TWSBI fountain pen (Diamond AL 580) pen that I bought in 2017 had the threads crack and crumble in the cap 😭 One email with a photo and $13 later I have a new cap in a week! Best customer service I have ever experienced ☺️

I am going to use the ink just not shake the inks up before filling. They are all J. Herbin; beautiful colours but oof, while pretty they are annoying. That, with a broad nib, I should be okay 🤞
