When I was doing a lot of copy editing and graphic design, I kept a print out on my monitor of alt codes so alt + 0257 for the macron Δ

I handwrite my worldbuilding notes and transcribe them later. I regularly find myself on the pages for given Latin letters copying from the variants section.
