That logo is a stylized wheel and wings of mercury. This clock was made at their secondary factory of Komotau, in Bohemia. We know this because Komotau moved the non-stylzed Mercury and the wheel to the pendulum, which this clock has. Pretty awesome.

Post-WWI, the wheel on the stamp became a clock face. The Komotau factory was built in 1890, so it isn't older than that. It's likely from closer to 1910, but serial numbers are no help for Kienzels, so some things will remain a mystery.
