The stated goal of Israel in the war Hamas started has always been the end of Hamas in Gaza. When that happens, the war will stop. Only Hamas can control that. The Allies did not send food into Berlin before the Nazis surrendered. Step on another rake.
Why are we taking at their word the government that's bombed every hospital in Gaza, shot children in food lines, killed hundreds of journalists, and is currently talking about wholesale ethnic cleansing to build a resort town? I don't believe they can be trusted when describing their war aims.
