It’s run by private health care insurance with strict governance by the government. It is not perfect, with Bonuses for the private companies being protested, and rising costs, but in general it is pragmatic approach to health care which seems to provide a good quality of service

There is no national insurance. I pay 180 euro per month which covers me for most health care issues and services. Dental is not 100% reclaim, I can spend 500 euro per year. Dental is seen as preventable by the person

The article is about the impact of legalizing Assisted Dying on the health care system. Not sure how your insurance coverage for Dental is relevant. My point is that in The Netherlands the doctor (GP) usually knows the patient very well and provides end-of-life care at the patient's home.

Whereas in for example Canada, my understanding is that it required a lot of additional capacity (dedicated personnel, new buildings and facilities) because it could not be integrated in the existing care. No idea whether the UK looks like Canada or more like The Netherlands in that regard.

The Nederlands was the first to introduce an assisted dying act. It was introduced to accommodate public opinion. That for a large % of people this option entails less suffering for the person and their families. I am sure there are also economic benefits but this was not the main drive.

I don't disagree, but I still don't understand the relevance.
