there has to be some kind independent oversight of scotus. investigative whistleblowers bringing cases before the people’s court of public opinion. or we could have term/age limits like we do for other things. what’s the plan because it’s/will be a talking point

Indeed, i think certainly in Europe we are more aware from bitter experience of the dangers of authoritarianism and particularly fascism. It does seem that many in the US are making the same mistake made in Europe in the 30s by either being complacent about or actively appeasing fascism
