Greek salad — cucumbers, grape tomatoes, red onion, green pepper, olives, feta. Chilled tofu with Gochujang sauce. Gazpacho. Chilled watermelon and feta with black pepper. Cold soba noodles with peanut sauce. Slice of good bread with mayo and salted tomatoes, plus pesto if on hand. Or bruschetta.
