A friend who loves trash TV tried to get me to watch it years ago, but it took my recent 8-week bout of norovirus to drive me to it. Perfect show to stream when synapses are blunted and you’re falling in and out of sleep. Wake up 45 minutes later on another episode entirely and IT DOES NOT MATTER.

Indeed. It's important to understand that the rule of law isn't just "threatened" by what SCOTUS has been doing. For a variety of actions by the federal government, the rule of law no longer exists, because the feds have been willfully defying court orders and there will be no consequences for it.
But then how does it square with their earlier decision that those set for removal to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act must be afforded due process? Since the decision did not include the reasoning, was there some difference between the two groups? The supposed pretext for deportation?
