Charisma isn’t just one thing, they’re plenty charismatic to their target audiences; white people, especially young white men with a victim complex who are angry at the world, insecure that they’re not breeding and don’t have the political knowledge and critical thinking skills to understand why
Things are the way they are. The angry, shouty man affect is the charisma there for people like that, its about the strong narrative they give that pulls on people’s emotional biases but if you translate any Hitler speech or anything he wrote he was just as much a pathetic baby man as Trump is today
And their followers are exactly the same kinds of dumb animals being led around by the exact same conspiracy theories, except republicans are struggling, everything is a pale imitation of the past.
