NY is already on the CA path, but moving slow. She needs to fast track a vote to amend the state constitution, November is just around the corner. She just hasn’t been vocal on SM.

Didn't want it to go this way, but we have be all in at this point. Once they pulled out the weapons in DC, it was game on. Baltimore is just down the road, and Moore is serious. Don't threaten us with our bridge money. Newsom is sounding the alarm and we had better be paying attention.

My governor (NY) has said she is working towards something similar to CA. But we need a special vote to pass the amendment, so she needs to get moving and be more public about it. Are you listening @governor.ny.gov?
