excuse it. People's lives are impacted by politics, we can't afford them to simply fold. Also; what would you consider to be actual progress?

Folding is exactly what the DNC and Establishment Dems are doing. They aren’t fighting a fucking thing. If they aren’t filing articles of impeachment daily (which there are dozens of valid reasons for) they aren’t doing enough. They should be raging, instead they send stern letters…
Filing articles of impeachment every day isn't going to do a damn thing. The GOP have control of both House & the Senate; don't they need 60% Senate vote to remove him? Any attempt is guaranteed to be voted out. What is raging going to do? Ask them to do something more effective. Yeah, stern ->
it will force the GOP to continuously defend each impeachable offense. By failing to do this, they’re letting the majority of his worst actions slide past, unnoticed by the majority of Americans that just don’t pay close attention.
letters aren't enough IMO either. The truth is, we have no legal way to remove Trump. Congress won't impeach him, and SCOTUS won't remove him either. And Trump is busy trying to guarantee that GOP doesn't lose Congress control in the next election. Action on this MUST come down to us, the People.
Again, make a large enough stink over each impeachable offense, and eventually the more moderate trump voters will sour, and demand their gop reps take action. Instead we get the “We’re all out of ideas! We’ve tried nothing and it failed!”
But are the MAGA cultists listening to anything the Dem politicians have to say? No; they have been convinced that the Dems want to destroy our country in a myriad of ways; anything the Dems say will be called lies. They're not going to listen. They might as well be talking to a wall. ->
Heck, in the last senator election, all I heard on TV was 'This Democrat running for Senate is bad for Kentucky'. I voted for her anyway; she lost.
