In North Korea there is not crime on the streets like in many military dictatorship in the history. The problem is that you lost freedom and all your rights living in authoritarian, dystopian, militarized country in exchange of not having street crime.

This "journalist" saying crime is way down over a three week period is absurd. You can't measure in weeks, you can measure in months/years. It's not like crime happens in a regular pattern, a murder every Saturday, 9 carjackings every Friday.. Violent crime was already at a 30 year low.
This clip is a hit on Bluesky. However, on a 12pm CBS Radio news report, the FTN interview got reduced quoting Pritzker about anti-immigrant arrests hurting families, countered by a Kristi Noem soundbite about how any hurt is his fault. No mention of the authoritarianism or her lies about L.A.

Pritzker is better at this than a lot of Dems. Also when discussing the gerrymandering, he clearly said the Repubs are trying to cheat. Which is good to underscore. Some Dems race past that point too fast. That's the most important thing.

How about violence TO the military? They are evidently only calling up National Guard for 29 days so they can avoid full housing allowance and health insurance that kicks in at 30 days
