How much of that's in Downtown? Downtown Salem desperately needs some new construction.

At least 157, since rivenwood opened. It depends on your definition of downtown though. I can do a GIS analysis on it with their permitting data when i get a chance. There's 300 units planned for just east of downtown at 14th and state.
