Don't know the wording asked, but the meme uses the subjunctive "if he were a sexual offender." 🤷🏼‍♀️ It was "sexual abuse" only because of the extremely limited definition of rape in the state of New York. It was rape by U.S. federal law and by the laws of most states, and the judge said it, too.
