When you ask little kids what they want to be when they grow up, and they say, "police officer," I assume they're imagining something different from this.

When asked for evidence, the officer declined stating it had rained and washed away all the ā€˜damage’. šŸ˜‚

in kindergarten (mid-60's) we had various professionals visit us to introduce us to people we'd see helping others: Mr. Policeman, Miss Nurse, Mr Fireman, etc. We'd listen to them, and then draw portraits of them for our kindergarten folder. (with crayons!)

The thing is, Orlando will win this in the end. This is state vandalism of a landmark which memorializes an event that shook this city to the core.

Also it was state highway patrol that made the arrest, not city cops. The highway patrol now stakes out the crosswalk 24/7. It's ridiculous.
