Not really, tbh: trans people just have very few allies. Some of the least Islamophobic parties in Europe are also transphobic (Your Party, DENK, etc.).

Is Iran the big outlier here? Not to overplay irans acceptance if T people but it's a lot more than you'd expect given the treatment of lgb....
