ah! yes, exactly. (though most of the discriminatory behavior I've seen in tech has been linguistic/ethnic in nature - how did that department wind up with 80% Gujarati surnames? that kind of thing.)

Just from an argument perspective if its already illegal under current law ... why would you object to something being clarified as "yes we also mean this as something prohibited." Just a silly argument
