oh yeah it does make things a lot more pleasant i'm just... surprised it is as big a deal as it is. i still suspect it's bc they're watching cooking youtubers etc. who are professionals who cook much more frequently and to higher standards.

Well that and you can buy nice knives on amazon that come with a real good edge and thing that whats good about it is the edge lol
