Maybe get state medical societies to put pressure on state legislatures to change the “must be approved by cdc” regulation. I can imagine Massachusetts for instance might act fast.

Yep. State legislators may be helpful as well to bypass regulations that require cdc approval for pharmacy distribution — as apparently that is a state to state decision(?!?!?!)
