I have a question as a non-American. Theoretically, if enough of them agreed, could the Supreme Court rescind their (crazy) previous ruling that the president is completely immune from, well, everything?

Say oops and do a mulligan? In theory there’s no backsies in SCOTUS, no mulligans, especially because it was these same guys. SCOTUS, though, is expected to define the limits of the law more precisely in subsequent cases brought before them. That’s how they’ll save face.

My non-expert answer is that yes, they can, however to revisit an issue they need a case brought before them and a strong legal argument for why the previous decision should be overturned.

Yes, but it would never happen with this court. Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Coney Barret were all appointed by Trump, while Thomas and Alito's blatant corruption is second only to Trump's.

Didn’t some of those judges actually vote against Trump recently? Could he possibly go too far, even for them? I’m just wondering if there’s a point when the oath they swore to their country (or possibly how they may be perceived in the annals of history!) overrides blind fealty to one man.
