Depends how much you need! Btw we make jam by just whizzing uncooked fruit with chia seed. Leave overnight in the fridge. Fresh blackberry jam with peanut butter on my breakfast toast this morning - yum!

Ah, we used to have whitecurrants too but lost the plants during some landscaping. Fruit picking is hard work, but currants are a dream - no thorns or prickles and you just grab these big, beautiful handfuls…I really love the jam too. Second favorite to crabapple.
