It needs to be tracked and reported but it MAY be intelligence gathered with limited useful lifespan over a practice that MIGHT be currently legal, but incorrectly applied here. Reporting as "suspicious/stolen" may serve value as a monkeywrench tactic of disruption to ICE activities.

I assure you, plates that do not match the vehicle are the BIGGEST RED FLAG for a stolen vehicle, go ahead and report as stolen with confidence. Try to get the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) too.

Understood, and i agree with the "red flag" and i also think the tactic (of monitoring/reporting) has value. JUST saying, it also carries potential for risk to those who monitor or make police reports. That's how it is with Civil Disobedience, something many Americans do not clearly understand.

At this juncture we must go low. So, as long as it is legal and nonviolent, I will advocate for it. I just happen to know much about vehicles.
