Someone close to me, when I started to speak negatively of Maxwell very recently, told me, “Well, she’s a victim, too.” I cannot tell you how horrified I was, and how angry. This person was my mother. And she knows exactly what I went through. Anyway, this isn’t therapy and I’ll quit dumping on you.
I get you. No worries and Maxwell is not a victim. She knew what she was doing and did that willingly. We need to stop giving a pass to female predators. So many victims and so many rich and powerful abusers. We probably don’t know half of it and that’s why they want to keep her quiet.
