Newsom's policies include persecuting the homeless, 'predictive policing', vilifying transpeople, platforming the architects of the current fascist state and supporting the genocide in Gaza.

And opposing Trump. I suppose you’re against that, too.

He's a political opportunist using gimmicks to win over rubes. You can't oppose fascism when you're happily platforming Kirk and Bannon on your podcast, and then going on another MAGA podcast to state that you agree completely with their stance on trans rights.

Yes he’s a political opportunist—he’s a politician. And yes you can oppose fascism after all those stupid actions — he is. In real time. More than any other democratic leader. And it is needed. So aim your fire at the existential threat and not the guy who is actually standing up.

Pritzker is providing a masterclass in opposing fascism. Newsom is providing a platform to the architects of fascism, and polls terribly against Trump and dozens of other Dems. Your approach to politics is what got us here.
