Canada codified the Canadian Human Rights Act in 1985. It started out with 11 Prohibited Grounds of Discrimination including race, colour, age, religion, marital status, family status, pardoned conviction, sex, sexual orientation, disability, & NATIONAL OR ETHNIC ORIGIN.
In 2017 two more were added: gender identity/expression, & genetic characteristics in response to the cray happening south of our border. If basic human rights had ever been codified in 🇺🇸, it would not be home to 13 of the planet's 15 centibillionaires, and a judge's POB would be irrelevant. #SHAME
