Well frankly, they are talked about. But it feels way worse to be ganged up on IMHO. Survs can be taken out of the game in a blink; Killers MUST play the whole round. It's worse to be humiliated a whole round and be stuck than be humiliated for a second and then back in the lobby waiting, IMHO.
I guess thats fair, as someone who plays both killer and survivor i see getting to play the whole game as killer without having to worry about being forcibly removed on my own fault or another than play survivor and get treated like a chew toy haha but i guess thats just opinion of those playing
