They're too busy tackling street food vendors in LA, that's why. They're going after the easiest, most innocent targets, not actual dangerous criminals who you know, might actually beat the crap out of these overweight cosplaying gun waving goons.

As a resident of CA we are totally aware of this, a process that has migrated up to northern CA as well. The POINT is that if someone in charge of pursuing drug lords has the temerity to address a FEDERAL crime as if the STATE is somehow failing, that FACT needs calling out.
