refusing a lawful order is grounds for anything from non judicial punishment to discharge. A dishonorable discharge or an other-than-honorable discharge can be as bad as a felony conviction for getting jobs after you get out. You're asking for mass joblessness for veterans. We have enough of that.
I’m asking for ethical protest of Drumpf’s amoral & unAmerican orders to right the ship that is the US and restore healthy military and economy 🤷♀️
An ethical protest means they still have to follow the orders as long as they're lawful. They've no doubt complained to their command, their command has no doubt complained up the chain, but beyond that there's not much that can be done.
Each one of us decides what ethical protest means. For me, ethical > legal. If they’ve exhausted every ‘legal’ or bureaucratic method of complaint, time to disrupt the normal mode since this is NOT a normal time/ challenge. We’re ALL gonna be out of work & food & luck, if we don’t stand up NOW!
...and a healthy government which is a democracy.
