Don't have any kind of fan? Could probably just crinkle fold some paper. I appreciate the video, you brighten up my feed. Frilly shirts are AMAZING as are skirts and dresses that do the spinny swoosh thing.

it's how it feels when walking/skipping/bouncing down the stairs so i needed to jump!! same thing happens with spinny skirts and dresses down the stairs, so flowy and floofy
