I still have hope for Cole. Joe Marino mentioned that McDermott very similarly called out Terrel Bernard at this point in the preseason for his first year as a starter (he also spent most of the preseason hurt) and we all know how that worked out.

I haven't dismissed Bishop yet. I'll give a player 3 seasons after being drafted to make an impact. I'm done with Damar though.
