Buchele outplayed him. Even in the Chicago game he was the only one out of the three who looked half decent.

I like Mike but keeping Buechele is the right thing. His dad being an ex Cub seals it for me

Mike is as tough as nails. Dude took one of the hardest clean hits I've ever seen in football and kept going. He just wasn't good. Buchele played really smart football on Saturday. Might not be the most physically gifted but he processes really well.
